Storing Attachments on server

Postby akashenk » Thu Feb 24, 2011 5:56 pm

I started a thread on the Developers forum which isn't going far:

viewtopic.php?f=4&t=21671

, so I figure I would check this forum out. My client would like to have emails sent to a particular address to have their attachments stored on the server in a particular location. Is there a 3rd party application that will interact with MailEnable to do this?

You might be able to use the MailEnable Filestore feature in version 5. This allows mailboxes to have their own file store which can be accessed in web mail and the MAPI Connector (Outlook). It basically means that mailboxes can upload their files to their mailbox for usage in the mailbox. They can also share the file and send out a public link for the file(s) to be accessed by someone else.
