For some reason it's not moved to Junk folder. Is this related to Plesk installation?
How can i force using junk folder even if plesk is used?

Hi,

The reason its not delivering to the Junk E-Mail folder is because there is a missing registry key for this that is not being added by the Standard edition installer. There is an issue raised for this that will be addressed in the upcoming releases. In the interim please add the following registry key to address the problem:

1. Open Windows regedit and navigate to the following registry branch:

64Bit OS: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Mail Enable\Mail Enable\Connectors\SF
32Bit OS: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Mail Enable\Mail Enable\Connectors\SF

2. Add anew DWORD named: Deliver-To Status
3. Set the decimal value for the key to: 1
4. Restart the MailEnable services and test.

Hello

Found this information on your forum and found it strange... I was convinced Standard Edition didn't include the option to move emails Marked as Spam to Junk Email folder.

Where can this be configured?

Thanks in advance

Hi,

There is no option to enable it or configure the options for junk email processing. It is hard coded in Standard edition to deliver to junk for message that are marked as spam by the reverse DNS blacklisting action to mark as spam.

Hi,

I just want to do it reverse.
For one Domain I do want to mark the mail with spam, but leave it in the inbox.

I have the prof 9.13 Version and Plesk,

The reg-key seems to do it for all, no other way?

Thanks for your help

Hi,

Enterprise edition will provide the additional functionality of being able to set the junk email processing at the postoffice or mailbox level.

No just the ability to enable/disable the junk email processing at the postoffice or mailbox level. No option to deliver to another folder other than the junk email folder.

Hi,

POP does not have the ability to subscribe to special folders or custom folders. It will only download messages from the users inbox folder. You need to connect via IMAP in order to be able to subscribe to the users junk email folder and to other folders.
