MEPOPS.EXE after upgrading to 9.7 professional

Postby clintonutt » Tue Mar 28, 2017 4:02 pm

I upgraded to 9.7 yesterday morning and since then the MEPOPS.EXE service keeps crashing and I have to restart it. I tried rerunning the upgrade and rebooting the server and that only seems to have caused the problem to get worse. I get the following error in the Windows Application events

Faulting module name: MEPOPS.EXE, version: 1.0.0.59, time stamp: 0x58cddaa9

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

The 9.72 on our downloads page contains the fix for the POP service crash.
