Error: IMAP (version 9.10)

The last version not work in mobile or windows software like thunderbird or Outlook.

Not list folder and not update the list of emails or download a list.

Something go wrong with update 9.10

The app load unlimited with result like a loop.

The problem was MailEnable Setup.
I check the box backup setting before upgrade and the setup block or something like that.

I reboot system and restart computer and still happen the same.
I reset all permisions of files and forlder and still not work.
I reset user ME_ADMIN and ME_USER and still happen the same.

I solve with easy step. Backup again and the restore. I don't know why, but this work.

I have exactly the same issue. Mobile devices either do not update or cannot connect at all (Apple IOS). I re-installed V9.10 again, rebooted, nothing helps. Now I'm trying the backup/restore method and see if it helps.

Upgrade to version 9.11 available on our downloads page and try again. Are you connecting via IMAP or EAS?
