[SOLVED] Invalid License Status

I just renewed my active sync license online. everything seemed to process fine. I goto to the ActiveSync management utility and pushed Refresh under the licensing Tab and WHAM it reports INVALID.

so now ALL my active sync customers are shut down. No email. DEAD IN THE WATER. I tried calling mailenable and of course its to early. Submitted a ticket but has anybody here have this problem before?? I've renewed before and no problems the main difference is i downgraded my allotment. I didn't see any warning about a license issue when downgrading.

I have a few pissed off customers right about now and will the issues with outlook crashing etc I am going to assume at this point former clients. any help would be appreciated.
