Hi Ian, Please can you guide us with proper steps on how to check the logs of this particular user. As out of 120 accounts only this user is facing the issue. Also, while performing the upgrade will there be any down time or any settings get affected after the upgrade? As currently there is no other...

Hi Ian,

Your support is highly in need to find the cause of this peculiar issue. Its really strange that this is happening only to one particular user and the mail box size for this user is 20 MB and utilizing just 8 MB.
