Never mind. I found out that the Premium.exe is for running the service of the sever end of the connector. I have been able to download and install the MESetup.exe and was able to get some things working.

I have search for the System Requirement for installing the MailEnable Connector for MS Outlook and have not found any documentation. I attempted to install a recently downloaded version of the Connector (downloaded 12/16/09 7:21am GMT-8 time// Premium.exe File Version Beta 1.0) on a Win XP Pro 2002...
