Hi,

Ok, it seems you have another process binding to 993 (SRVWAWMAIL). You will need to change the IMAP alternative SSL port to something else (change to 995 maybe) or change/stop the process from binding to port 993

Hi,

Just now added the "*.*" string to the SMTP "EHLO Blocking" option and it blocks all inbound traffic.


I just checked our issue register and this is a known bug that will addressed in the upcoming version. Don't have a specific date sorry.

Hi, The IMAP service is not able to bind to port 993 as there is another service using the port. I'm not sure which one but you can verify this by performing a netstat test within a Windows command prompt. Hi,

I have tried emulating this in 9.75 without success. The redirection address settings were always retained. Perhaps lodging a support ticket and providing credentials for the admin account along with server access will help us troubleshoot further.

Hi,

Have you tried adding the "*.*" string to the SMTP "EHLO BLocking" option? It's located under the SMTP properties within the "Security" tab.

Hi,

Enable the IMAP debug logging within the IMAP properties window. Once enabled restart the service and then analyze the debug log file. Look for when the service started and if there are errors binding to the SSL certificate.

You need to upgrade to 9.75 as there has been many fixes and updates to web mail that you need to apply first.
