Hi,

Its only supported using Firefox and over HTTPS. If you can connect to chat and open a chat window you will see the screen sharing option in the chat window settings menu. Also see as screen sharing also uses WebrTC: http://www.mailenable.com/kb/content/article.asp?ID=ME020673

Hi,

In the screenshot you have set the "Access Control" list to "Denied access" except the IP's in the list which are granted access. You need to set the option to "Granted access" and add the IP's you want to deny under that list.

Hi, You need to also inspect the POP and IMAP log files as Brett has mentioned. Invalid web mail login attempts can also lockout the user. There is no ability to set TLS authentication for specific domains in MailEnable. It can only set as a global option. This is something we are looking at implementing in future revisions of the product. No time frame sorry.
