Hi,

Configure the MailEnable SMTP service to listen on a non SMTP port (I.e: 2525). Then configure the MAPI Connector SMTP settings to connect to the SMTP service via 2525. Test to see if the "Saving sent items is unsupported by the remote SMTP server" still occurs.

Hi,

The web mail client provides folder archiving options. Login to web mail and right click on the folder and select "Archive".

Hi,

Please upgrade to 9.77 and then retest using that version. There is no use testing 9.51 when its outdated. There has been many fixes to IMAP since 9.51.

Hi,

Have you tried configuring the client to connect via IMAP to see if this still causes the attachment to become corrupt when downloading from the server? Does the same problem occur if you setup another client machine running Outlook 2016 when downloading the same message?

Hi,

Can you provide more detail how you are accessing the calendar via CalDAV? What CalDAV client are you using? Also what version of MailEnable Enterprise are you running? How was the reoccurring event initially created?

Hi,

Can you explain in more detail what settings you have configured within MailEnable? It sounds like you are trying to configure smart hosting. If this is the case do the MX records for the somedomain.com point to the MailEnable server?
