We also need an immediate fix to this. This is getting very old having to stop/start the IMAP service one or more times a day. Where is MailEnable Support? Looks like they've kind of abandoned the forums lately.

No you can't view the current number of connections via the MailEnable 7 MMC. Like i said before the current version 7.0.6 does not show any of the current connections (imap, smtp, pop, etc...) The older versions use to show this, but the current version has a bug, atleast in the 64bit on windows 20...

If you bought a 3.xx license then you're able to update to any 3.xxx updates. Updating to any newer versions like 4, 5, 6, 7 would convert you to trial, until you purchase the newer license.

Any word on when this will be fixed. Seems really silly people can't use an apostrophe in their subject or it will brake their webmail viewing capabilities.

We also have been getting alot of complaints about this. If can only view the e-mail using the preview message pane, if you try to open up the e-mail you get nothing, and your unable to reply click the reply, reply all, forward.

Hi gjunderhill, What windows version are you using? If 2003 or 2008, you can just disable the Url-Scan IIS under the site running the webmail. The file doesn't go missing, the contents are cleared and new content is added to the _index.xml file when new e-mail arrives. So its not appending to the file.
