How to block IP addresses?

Is there a way to block individual IP addresses or IP ranges? The SPAM filters are not catching a group of spam emails coming from particular IP addresses. Is there a way to block any email being received from particular IPs?

Diagnostic Report is showing errors since update to version 9.54

I am suddenly seeing FAIL errors in the Diagnostic Report (System | Diagnose) that were not there before since updating to ME Pro 9.54. Since updating to ME Pro 9.54 there is a huge delay in email delivery and suddenly numerous blocked emails that were never blocked prior. How to allow email that is being blocked?

Emails coming from a particular person are being blocked. I've checked under SMTP properties to see if there is a configuration where I can specifically allow particular email addresses through but don't see anything like that.

How can I allow emails from a specific email address through ME?

So, I did finally hear back from ME support. Here is what they said: Please reinstall from: http://www.mailenable.com/beta/professional916.exe It occurred if there an entry in the site-postoffices configuration file that matches the domain, but this will resolve the issue. so, your original statement about this only working with IMAP and not POP3 is not correct. Right?
